About Us
Lister Builders has been in business since 1984, specializing in custom home construction. In the sense of being truly custom, we have taken our owner's ideas, photos, and past experiences to design and build their own custom home. We are also involved in light commercial construction and have built several office buildings, commercial stores, church buildings, restaurants, and warehouses. We have a remodeling arm as well, where we offer full-service remodeling. We offer several types of construction including traditional wood framing, ICF wall construction, and metal buildings.
When Details Matter
Our slogan is, 'When Details Matter'. We put our name on every home we build, and with that in mind, we put our best into every home. Each home is designed and built one-on-one with you, the homeowner. We have the capability to draw our own plans, so there are no limitations to what we can build. This means that each house is of your own design with your own specifications, truly your own home. We take our slogan seriously, and details DO matter to us.
